This youth association runs clubs, camps and working-life training for children and young people. Opportunities include gig work, summer jobs and setting up a 4H enterprise at ages 13–28. Youth exchanges and development projects are also part of its activities.
For employers, the summer job service handles recruitment, contracts, insurance and payroll. Membership includes accident insurance. Volunteers can lead clubs and camps, mentor young entrepreneurs or serve on the board.
