The association runs Siperia youth theatre for ages 15–28. Guided performing groups work with theatre, dance and movement, while independent youth productions receive production support. Activities include workshops, performances and self-directed projects.
Groups use the Veturitallit cultural premises mainly in evenings and at weekends. On weekdays, the city's youth arts workshop groups use the space. Rehearsals and performances also take place in the workshop theatre. External venue rental is managed by the city's youth services.
