Founded in 1993, the non-profit association organises groups, exercise, games evenings, cultural activities, courses and clubs for unemployed people. Its low-threshold meeting place also arranges recreational trips. It belongs to the Finnish National Organisation of the Unemployed and EHYT.
Full membership is open to unemployed people aged at least 15, while anyone can become a supporting member. The office handles membership and event registrations and provides digital support.
