The low-threshold clubhouse community is for working-age adults over 18 who need support with daily life, work or studies. Members and staff work as equals under the international clubhouse model. Work-focused days are organised into kitchen and property, office and administration, and work and study units.
Participation is available on site or through the shared eKlubitalo online community, with no membership time limit. Activities include groups, individual support, job coaching, study support, peer mentoring and weekday lunch. Skills gained can be recognised through a PAIKKO certificate linked to vocational qualifications. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
