Founded in 1956, the regional association represents engineers working in Kainuu. It belongs to the Finnish Engineers' Union and maintains a local shop steward network. Employment representation is handled through the union, particularly for collective agreements negotiated by YTN and JUKO.
Members can take part in training, visits and leisure activities. Many activities are suitable for the whole family.
