Founded by naval diving instructors in 1972, the club has been independent since 1987. Activities include scuba courses, introductory dives, instructor training, children's diving, technical diving and spearfishing.
Pool training takes place at the swimming hall, while summer weekly trips use the club's RIB boat from Porkkala. Equipment is rented to members and course participants. The club has two compressors, a Nitrox filling station and permits for coastal wreck sites. A joint summer camp takes place at Jussarö.
