The restaurant serves a weekday buffet lunch with soup, a salad buffet and two or three hot dishes. A lighter lunch option is also available, and company lunch agreements can be made. The lunch menu marks gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free and egg-free dishes, and lunch vouchers are accepted. It is one of three restaurants, with Kerho and Viinibaari, that Lounashuone runs in the Hamina area.
Lounashuone also hosts weddings, family celebrations, meetings and seminars. The courtyard has a paved car park with spaces reserved for lunch guests. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and there is accessible seating.
