This regional organisation provides advocacy, expertise and member services for housing companies, property companies and other property owners. Its service centre, founded in 1999, houses four property associations in south-eastern Finland, with over 2,000 member housing companies.
Members receive access to property-sector specialist services and industry information. The website also publishes surveys, news and guidance for preparing housing company budgets.
