Owned by the parishes, the three-storey former house is used for children's and youth activities. Upper and basement floors are youth rooms, while the ground-floor hall hosts day and after-school clubs and evening small groups.
The middle-floor hall and kitchen can be hired for small family celebrations and group meetings. Seating is for 25, with tableware, a piano and flip chart provided. Memorial gatherings are not permitted. Book by phone through the parish. Five entrance steps and narrow doors mean the building is not step-free accessible. A toilet is available.
