The Evangelical Lutheran parish union provides parish office and regional register services, certificates and family-history research. It handles bookings for baptisms, weddings, blessings and funerals, as well as burial and grave maintenance matters.
Work includes family counselling, hospital and school chaplaincy, youth and early childhood activities, diaconal support and intellectual disability work. Counselling addresses relationships, family difficulties and crises and offers supervision and training. Parish rooms can be hired. The union publishes Risteys magazine and manages communications, properties and kitchen services. A toilet is available.
