This charcoal-grill restaurant, founded in 2014, is in the town centre by the market square, in the Hansa shopping centre. It specialises in Finnish meat, chicken and fish cooked over charcoal, using sous vide cooking combined with roasting and charcoal caramelisation. The Detroit Style pizza dough is made in-house and baked in a charcoal grill oven.
There is a weekday lunch buffet with charcoal-grilled chicken and pork, pizza, pasta, soup and a salad bar. On Fridays and Saturdays you order from the menu, and it is closed on Sundays. The restaurant has two floors, with an upstairs room for group meetings and buffets, and a summer terrace overlooks the town square. Group orders and table reservations outside regular hours can be arranged by agreement. The seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
