Founded in 1952, the regional safety organisation trains businesses, institutions, housing companies and associations. Courses cover fire alarm and civil defence shelter caretaking, workplace fire safety, first aid, initial firefighting, evacuation drills and safety organisation training.
Company courses can be tailored on request. The organisation supports and advises its members and provides expert consultation. Fire brigade youth activities are aimed at ages 7–17.
