This trade union association brings together JHL members who work for Servica Oy. Students who study for a profession while working at Servica can also join. Its aim is to improve members' working conditions, employment terms, income and position in working life and society, together with its members.
Members receive interest representation and support from shop stewards, and the association organises shared leisure-time events. Its stated values are member-orientation, fairness and courage. It belongs to the JHL trade union, the Public and Welfare Sector Union.
