Founded in 1992, the association supports relatives of people with psychiatric symptoms or illness. Information, advice and staff-led conversational support are available without a diagnosis requirement. Peer support takes place in person, by phone and online, addressing experiences and emotions around a relative's illness.
Staff also provide chat support, with volunteers offering online peer support. The activity calendar lists groups, information days, lectures and webinars across Savo. The Mahdollisuuksia online service gathers guides and peer experiences. Membership includes recreational activities and a newsletter.
