The gym has no membership fees; access is through pay-per-period cards. With a basic card or a single-visit ticket, it is open around the clock. The basic card is an open-ended monthly subscription that can be cancelled with one month's notice. The space covers about 1,500 m² across three training areas: a large gym, a smaller group gym and a functional training area. The functional area has free weights and a 25-metre artificial turf lane for sled pushing or sprints.
The women's changing rooms are spa-style, with a sauna and hot tub. Personal training, training and nutrition programmes are offered, along with a training app and solarium sessions. Customer service is staffed Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. Free customer parking for up to 300 cars is in the courtyard behind the gym, and bus lines 5 and 21 stop about 15 metres from the entrance. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
