The 45-minute rhythm-based indoor cycling class combines sprints, climbs, upper-body choreography and an arm section with light dumbbells. Instructors curate music and themes, and each class includes recovery and stretching. Founder Jade Ventoniemi brought the concept to Finland.
Beginners can take part, with modifications for different fitness levels. Staff help adjust the bike. Cycling shoes, ride towels and shower towels are provided, and showers are available after class.
