This gym of over 900 m² spans two floors in the city centre and is open around the clock with a key tag; the mobile app also works as the access token. The upper floor has lever and plate-loaded machines from brands such as Hammer Strength, Precor, Life Fitness and Teca. The lower floor has a free-weight area and a functional training space with Rogue Fitness racks and Eleiko, Leoko and Rogue barbells. There are separate cardio and stretching areas and a sauna, with an infrared sauna for women.
Free parking is available for drivers in the building's inner courtyard. Group exercise classes are offered, along with sports massage, other body care services and naprapathy on site. The online shop is open 24/7 for supplements and training gear, an Optishake recovery drink delivery service is available, and a member app offers rotating benefits. The entrance and car park are not wheelchair accessible.
