The restaurant stands on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi at Teivaan satama, a short walk from the city centre and the sports and exhibition centre. On weekdays there is a buffet lunch with a salad table, coffee or tea and a sweet dessert included. At weekends a Herkkubuffet runs on Saturdays and Sundays, and in summer a grill buffet. À la carte dishes and pizzas are served daily from 13:00, with the pizzas baked in a pizza oven. The raw ingredients are good quality, and some of the chicken and beef is domestic.
It suits lunch, dinner, company events, family celebrations and meetings. Event rooms are available for small and large groups, along with catering. Vegan options are offered, and some lunch dishes are marked gluten-free, lactose-free or dairy-free. Car and boat parking next to the restaurant is free. The covered terrace and the interiors have been renovated. Tables can be booked, and the seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
