The crisis centre offers professional conversational support in difficult life situations for people over 15 and adults. Group support includes help for people bereaved by suicide. Activities are funded by grants and local donations.
Appointments can be booked anonymously, with no personal details requested or recorded. A separate walk-in support point also operates during evenings and weekends. The association contributes to national telephone and chat services and trains volunteer crisis helpers.
If you wish, share your experience of accessing conversational support on Suomi Guide for others seeking help.
