The diving club offers courses and activities, including the AIDA2 Pool Freediver foundation course. An open-water extension leads to the full AIDA2 Freediver qualification and an international card. Assessment includes a theory exam, a 40-metre fin swim and a two-minute static breath-hold.
Lectures use club premises and practice takes place in a swimming hall. A health declaration is required beforehand, with swimming or diving experience expected. Groups take up to eight, with members given priority. Masks, fins and snorkels can be borrowed from the club.
Describe your course or club experience in the comments for others interested in freediving.
