The non-profit association offers peer support for adults with personal or family experience of mental health difficulties and recovery. Activities include low-threshold meetings, a story café and confidential peer conversations. Volunteer supporters have lived experience themselves or through caring for someone.
The association also runs family-support work and training projects such as Prospect and Voice the Taboo. Membership is open to people interested in voluntary mental health work. The entrance, toilet and seating are not wheelchair accessible.
