This is the regional athletics association for North Ostrobothnia. It organises regional camps for children aged 8 to 15 and coach training, including the children's coach certificate (Lasten Valmentajatutkinto) and the youth coach certificate (Nuorisovalmentajatutkinto). An athletics starter course is also held.
Events take place in places such as Ouluhalli, with indoor hall sessions and a PSM hall event. The association is introducing a new record-keeping system, called kunniakierros, and a new mobile app. Its office is in the Valkea shopping centre.
