The residents' association rents event equipment to residents and local groups. Available items include 6 × 4 m and 4 × 4 m canopies, an old gas grill and folding tables in several sizes with plastic or wooden tops.
Equipment rentals are handled by the treasurer. Other contacts include the chair, vice chair and secretary. Activities are announced through the association's Facebook page.
