The non-profit organisation supports refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants with employment, skills and entrepreneurship. It offers business courses, workshops, small-group and individual coaching, and business advice. Employers can use recruitment and onboarding support and training in leading culturally diverse teams.
Services run online and on site, mainly in English, with some in Finnish, Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian and other languages. The team communicates in more than 15 languages. Training for organisations is tailored to their needs. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
