Founded in 1992 after a club established in 1986, the mental health association grew from a community of rehabilitation clients offering work and self-help groups. Its principles include equality, peer support, mental wellbeing and digital competence.
Digital counselling helps people use electronic services. Activities extend from local work to regional, national and international cooperation, including Estonia. Accessible seating and a wheelchair-accessible toilet are available.
