Completed in 1973, the church was designed by the architectural firm Olaf Küttner Ky. The main hall seats 438 and is also used for concerts. Instruments include a 34-stop organ built by Kangasala Organ Factory in 1975 and a Steinway model C grand piano.
Spaces for hire include the church hall, the 88-seat Koivulasali with a kitchen, and the Haavi meeting room for about ten. The church and Koivula halls have accessible routes, with a stairlift upstairs. An accessible toilet and baby-changing table are downstairs. A hearing loop and portable projector are available. Parking is on site and along the road.
