Founded in 1917, the non-profit club offers gymnastics-based exercise for families, children, young people and adults. Adult classes cover strength and endurance, mobility and recovery, and dance, ranging from beginner sessions to HIIT and kettlebell training. Dance-based gymnastics and corporate exercise are also offered.
A membership card gives access to the adult timetable without booking individual classes. An electronic card is emailed after registration. Bring an exercise mat or towel and a water bottle. The club holds Finnish Star Club recognition and has a loyalty guild for members.
