The trade union for private service-sector workers negotiates around 30 collective agreements and represents employees on pay, working hours, annual leave and dismissal. Members include shop assistants, cleaners, waiting staff, cooks, property maintenance workers, security guards and drivers.
Support is available through shop stewards and employment advisers, alongside career and training services. Membership includes access to the service-sector unemployment fund. Online services cover learning, contact updates, membership payments and reporting unpaid leave. Student membership is offered too. The office is in Herttuantori.
