Founded in 1969, the non-profit association supports junior ice hockey financially and operationally. Grants help with equipment, match travel and coach training.
Funds come from membership fees, charity games and lecture events, with all proceeds directed to junior activities. Its Tulevaisuusrahasto fund helps families with children's sports costs. The association has also supported junior team trips to Sweden and Canada.
