The residential unit for adults with mental health rehabilitation needs has 13 studio flats of 21 to 52 m² in a wooden house setting. It provides daily support for residents who do not need round-the-clock assistance and is run by the East Uusimaa social psychiatric association.
Housing goals are agreed individually. Staff have social or healthcare qualifications and psychiatric experience, and residents help with unit activities. Municipalities sign purchase agreements for housing. Self-monitoring plans and follow-up reports are published. Accessible parking and a toilet are available.
