Founded by pastry chef Emilia Outila, the home bakery handcrafts cakes and pastries. Outila qualified in the Netherlands in 2016. Products combine inspiration from Lapland's nature and seasonal ingredients, northern berries and French patisserie techniques, using mainly Finnish and local ingredients.
Wedding, birthday and celebration cakes are custom-designed for each occasion, and the bakery also serves corporate events. An arctic collection forms part of its range. The website is available in Finnish and English.
