This restaurant serves street food and bistro-style dishes made from selected ingredients. It seats 25, and the cooking draws on American, Italian and Meänmaa (Tornio Valley) influences. Fish dishes are prepared by head chef Toni, who fishes and forages some of the ingredients himself. The street food menu includes sänkkäri (sandwich-style) burgers, fish and chips and reindeer dishes, while the bistro menu offers Lapland reindeer fillet, grilled beef tenderloin and pike and salmon dishes. The meat is Finnish quality beef, and the reindeer comes from Raattama.
The wine list is curated by co-owner Sanna, and food and wine pairings are offered. Lactose-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options are marked on the menu. The restaurant is part of the Roka restaurant group, which also has a location in Tampere. Tables can be booked, and the seating, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
