The trade union represents private service sector workers, including people in retail, hospitality, cleaning, property maintenance and security. It negotiates around 30 collective agreements. Shop stewards and employment advisers support members in employment matters.
Member services include career and training support, an unemployment fund and an online learning environment. Student membership is available. The online service allows members to update details, pay membership fees and report unpaid leave.
