Teijo National Park in Salo, in the Southwest Finland region, combines peaceful nature with the life and craft traditions of old ironworks villages. From its three access points, routes lead to lake and bog landscapes, and deer and woodpeckers can be seen in the lake-dotted forests.
Visitors come here to hike, cycle, canoe and fish. The routes suit day trips, and combining them makes for a weekend visit. There are barbecue facilities, picnic tables and a public toilet, some routes are suitable for children, and dogs are allowed. The car park is accessible, and directions, including by public transport, are on the Luontoon.fi website.
