The anchor and cannons in the park were found on the seabed south of Hiittinen in 1982, probably from an unidentified Russian ship of the line. Cast at the Izhorsk factory in the late 18th century, the anchor was raised by the Simppu diving club and moved to the park in 1986.
The cannons were made at the Aleksandrovsk factory and bear the year 1808. Their muzzle plugs show the colours of St Andrew's Cross, the naval flag motif of the period. They may have been dumped to lighten a grounded vessel and were moved to the park in 1990. Access to the site is wheelchair accessible.
