The youth association runs clubs and camps alongside work skills and entrepreneurship training. Trained young leaders guide children's clubs, with first work experience and placements among the association's goals.
Young people aged 13–28 can start a supervised hobby-based business after completing entrepreneurship training. Each has an assigned mentor and prepares a business plan. Participants can earn a digital skills badge and enter the annual company competition. The office is in Plaza shopping centre.
