The non-profit association supports employment through training and advice on wellbeing, working life rules, entrepreneurship, job seeking and unemployment benefits. It checks employment contracts and provides legal advice on unemployment security.
Rehabilitative work activity includes individual work and social guidance and requires a service voucher from a social counsellor. Activities also take place at the association's Ekocenter second-hand shop in Plaza. Parking is accessible and hearing assistance is available, but the entrance and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
