Following the international Clubhouse model, the organisation offers members a structured daily routine and social contacts. It focuses on members' strengths and preventing challenges. A dedicated work and study unit supports readiness for employment and education, while members produce a magazine and publish their writing.
No referral or diagnosis is required, and members can come alone or with someone close to them. An accessible toilet is available. The entrance, car park and seating are not wheelchair accessible, and there is no hearing loop.
