Open to everyone, the library is on the first floor of M-talo near the main entrance and is run jointly by the wellbeing services county and the city. An Eepos library card allows borrowing, returns to any library in the network and reservations from the network's collections for local pickup.
There is a self-service borrowing and return machine and two public computers. Black-and-white printing is available, with colour printing and copying during staffed hours. Under-15s need a guardian present to sign a self-service agreement. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
