Founded in 2007, the football club's first team plays in the Veikkausliiga. Honours include the 2015 Finnish Championship and 2016 Finnish Cup. Its academy combines teams with a football upper-secondary programme run with Kuortane Sports High School.
Home matches take place at the roughly 6,000-seat OmaSp Stadion, with nearby Wallsport Areena used for winter training. Women's and junior activities are run by a separate junior association. Kits and supporter merchandise are sold online. The Citypiha shopping-centre office has accessible entrance access and parking.
