Self-defence training follows a method developed by Jyrki Saario, drawing on his more than 50 years of martial arts experience. Practice addresses verbal and physical threats based on real situations, with practical techniques for protecting oneself and others. Its roots lie in William E. Fairbairn's system developed for police use in the 1920s.
No previous experience is required, and training suits different ages. Existing practitioners can also join beginner courses to refresh their skills. Instruction is intended for both civilians and professionals.
