Operating since 1995, the crisis centre offers low-threshold conversation support and crisis appointments. It is run by a local mental health association founded in 1997. Five professionals guide and support trained volunteers.
Peer groups include support for bereaved people and those who have experienced domestic violence. Crisis help is also available through the national crisis phone line and chat. The association offers volunteer roles supporting mental health.
