This non-profit association supports skills, employment and social inclusion. Its work-based training allows participants to complete parts of vocational qualifications. It provides services and undertakes research, development and innovation across nine Finnish regions.
Support is arranged with partners according to each person's life situation. People can take part as volunteers or support the work through donations. The website is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.
