This Tampere physiotherapy and wellness practice combines treatment with reconnecting with nature. Physiotherapy is based on movement and manual therapy, one-to-one or in groups, including home visits. Treatments include fascia work, joint mobilisation, massage, cupping and clay heat therapy, and the 75-minute Nature Touch session combines aromatherapy massage, warm clay, Ayurvedic head and face care, dry cupping and a singing bowl.
No doctor's referral is needed, and Kela (Finnish social insurance) may reimburse up to four visits a year. Appointments are booked online, and groups such as Pilates and yoga are sold as subscriptions or single visits. The premises are wheelchair accessible.
