Running since autumn 2023, the yoga programme offers small groups with a low threshold for participation, including people with no previous experience. Yin yoga is available, and the approach combines elements of a yoga studio and an adult education centre.
Join individual sessions, use a class card or enrol on a course. Classes take place in a daycare centre's high-ceilinged gym hall. Lunchtime yoga is offered over Zoom, with a recording available for a week. Five-session, ten-session and trial cards are sold online.
