This City of Tampere library is on the top floor of the Lielahtikeskus shopping centre. Alongside books and magazines, it has a music room, a games room and a quiet space for working. In summer there is a large terrace.
A visit usually lasts from 15 minutes to an hour and a half. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible, and fees can be paid by card or mobile payment. Its web page is also available in English.
