The main branch of Tampere City Library is a modern round building with three floors. Stairs rise from the main lobby to the gallery level, and the building also holds a café and exhibition spaces.
The entrance and car park are step-free, and there is a baby-changing table for families. A visit usually takes from 20 minutes to two hours, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. The website is available in Finnish and English.
