A forest café and sauna on the Kauppi outdoor route, a short way from central Tampere. The site began as a smallholding built after the war by the Olkinuora family from Kaukola on the Karelian Isthmus. It has been a café since the 1980s, and Riia Jokinen has run it since early 2023. The café serves Shrove Tuesday buns, doughnuts, waffles and salmon soup.
Bookable and public sauna sessions are both available, and there are fire pits outdoors for cooking. Catering is offered for events such as team days and stag parties. Parking is free, dogs are allowed inside and outside, and the entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
