This Tampere comprehensive school teaches grades 1 to 9 across four buildings. All nine grades are taught in this one, while the Ikuri and Kalkunvuori buildings take grades 1–2 and the Kalkku building grades 1–4. It takes part in the Green Flag environmental education programme.
The four-storey building has a lift that fits a wheelchair and a separate wheelchair lift. There are accessible toilets on several floors and six accessible parking spaces, though entrance thresholds are over 2 cm high. The website covers studies, cooperation with families and hobby and afternoon activities, in Finnish and English, with a ReadSpeaker listening option.
