The coaching service belongs to a social enterprise supporting people who face barriers to employment. The association has held the Finnish social enterprise mark since 2015. Its workshops combine guided activities, training and real assignments, with opportunities to complete parts of vocational qualifications.
The association also provides guidance, rehabilitation and outreach youth work. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
